IIS 7 Not Available 503 ERROR

Question

I encountered error 503 - Service Unavailable. I checked the event log and found this:

The name of the FastCgiModule module C: \ WINDOWS \ System32 \ Inetsrv \ iisfcgi.dll returned an error during registration. Data is a mistake.

Note. Every time I try to visit my site, I find that DefaultAppPool will automatically stop. And also found this in the event log:

The "DefaultAppPool" application pool is automatically disabled due to a series of failures in the process (s) serving this application pool.
