I am using the wcf net tcp service hosted in Windows Authenticated WAS. A service fails consistently with specific user credentials from a specific client machine. Credentials work on another client machine. The client machine has different credentials. However, the service successively fails with the error below, using the specific client machine and credentials:

Please note that the timeout is after 00:00:00, even if it is set to 00:01:00. It makes me think it's not a matter of time. Here are my bindings:
