Prism License

I am writing a program using Prism , and I want to make it available through Codeplex. I want to publish it using a free license (if possible, compatible with the GPL), but I heard that I can not use the GPL with Prism. Can I use the GPL? If not, what license do you recommend to me?

The license for the prism in the basic mode, you can do almost anything you want:

Copyright - subject to the terms of this license, including the license terms and conditions in Section 3, each contributor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use copyright to reproduce the contribution, prepare derivative works of any input for which the source code is provided and applies a fee or any authorized that you create.

You can distribute your code under the GPL and Prism under your own license
