Convert Speech to Text

Question

I already went through the example code present in the Android SDK. This suggests that you should have APK voice recognition on your device. I tried a lot, but did not find the apk. Can anyone suggest which voice recognition APK to install to get voice recognition. My device is Samsung Galaxy.
