Updating a DataGrid after editing a cell

I saw a lot of similar questions regarding DataGrid, but nothing directly related to my situation.

I need to manually update the DataGrid after changing the cell. The problem is that I cannot understand when the cell is finished. The DataGrid only has a CellEditEnding event (although in SilverLight they provide a CellEditEnded). The call is Refresh()in my collection view, while in CellEditEnding I get an error message indicating that it is not allowed during cell editing.

I need to update the whole grid because the values in other rows may depend on the value that has been edited.
