Fatal g ++ error header file compilation

I get this compilation error:

fatal error: can’t create precompiled header f: Text file busy
compilation terminated.

This is very mysterious, since I receive it only once in a while.

Where am I mistaken?

ETXTBSY is the standard value of errno, the best explanation I found:

Attempting to execute a file that is currently open for writing, or to write a file that is currently being executed. Often, using a debugger to run a program is considered open for writing and will cause this error. (The name means "text file busy.")

So, you can still execute the program that the compiler is trying to recreate / update ...?
