Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate Layer Diagram - the equivalent of Open Source?

I really like the function of the dependency diagram and the prevention that some assemblies have references to other assemblies - so that other developers adhere to good programming methods.

Is there any open source ambiguity in the Visual Studio 2010 Ultimates Dependency Diagram? I checked NDepend, however, this is for business, so I can not use the free version.

Edit: Perhaps I mean a layer diagram? Whatever the diagram that can be used to ensure that certain assemblies do not have references to other assemblies

Data.EntityFramework implements the interfaces from the data assembly. In the Business assembly, there is a link only to the data assembly, as well as an instance from Data.EntityFramework via Unity or another IoC container.

I only have Visual Studio 2010 Professional :(

I did not find anything, which is the full equivalent of layer diagrams in VS 2010.

ConQAT allows you to visualize and analyze architecture compliance, but it will not apply rules at compile time, such as layer diagrams. In addition, ConQAT does not seem to work with VS 2010 solutions, which is a shame because it looks like this can be a very useful tool. It supports VS 2008 solutions.
