Adding encryption to an iPhone app, how does it affect approval?

I. If I add encryption to the iPhone application (mainly to encrypt the username and password when sending to the server), I will need to answer “Yes” to the question about connecting iTunes if I added encryption to the application. I know that there are many laws on exporting encryption software outside the US, so Apple forces us to answer this question. How does adding encryption to the iPhone app affect the approval time in your experience, and are there any reasons why adding encryption to the app will cause Apple to reject it?

There are several of these encryption issues, and if it is for storing passwords, then you are probably all right (although I don’t remember exactly). However, if you encrypt any network traffic (even if it just receives the page via HTTPS), you need to register your application with the US government (if you are in the USA). While you receive this registration, Apple may allow you to sell your application in the store only for the United States.
