I looked over a week on how to use AWS. I have always used cpanel (I'm new to the network), but someone recommended AWS to me. From the information that I have collected on different sites, I think I should do the following:
1) copy the files of my site to S3
2) configure the instance in EC2
3) adjust the volume in EBS and connect to the instance
4) configure elastic IP and attach to it.

Questions:
1) is this correct?
2) Where and how can I create mySQL database? I use SimpleDB, where can you find it in the management console? I am using Windows Server 2008 32b on EC2, should I connect to Remote Desktop, install XAMPP, and then create the database on localhost?
3) S3 EC2? - EBS?
4) EC2/EBS? S3
5), , ? IP? DNS?
