Who sets up the thread culture in Windows Phone 7?

I want to internationalize my WP7 application. I have localized resources, tag SupportedCultures, etc. But I wonder who is responsible for the installation Thread.CurrentThread.Current*Culture? Is it set for me when the user changes his language on the device or do I need to determine the device language / region and adjust the flow culture accordingly?

Thank!

You can use the property CultureInfo.CurrentCultureto determine the current region that has been configured for the device. This is determined by the framework; You do not need to install it yourself. If for some reason you need to change the locale, you can set the Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCultureand properties Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentUICulture.

You can test localized applications in the emulator by changing the region in the settings.
