What is the difference between an outlet and a link to an outlet in a simple sentence?

Is the output plugged into a spy and plug into a power outlet? This is true?

The term exit link means exit in another object that refers to or points to the current object.

As an example, let's say you have a tip with a file owner and a UITableView in it, among other things. In order for the desktop to work, it has a data source and a delegate, which are outputs and can be connected to IB. From a table perspective, the data source and delegate are access points. From the point of view of the file owner, the data source and delegate in the table view refer to the outputs.
