Refund test purchases when testing Google in-app

Question

I am having trouble returning. When I log in to the publisher’s console, it shows my purchase and the “Cancel entire order” button. The "refund" button is grayed out. Payment was made using a test account. The application has not yet been published. How can I get my money back, and will Google still charge me 30%, even if I go back to the test account?

You need to wait one day or several - after that a button will appear (when the transaction occurs on the user's card, the amount will be suspended, the real transaction will happen later - it looks like the button is turned on only after that).
