HTML5 Mobile Development Using HTML5BoilerPlate

Question

I am running an HTML5 mobile application with HTML5BoilerPlate as a template, and I cannot find many resources regarding the best practices for developing HTML5 mobile phones. I'm looking for things like:
- navigation using the tab bar controller
- navigation between views - - what is the best way to handle the content? (is it better to use multiple divs in the content div and only show one div at a time?)

In fact, I would like to understand some of the things made in Google Latitude.

Is there a good beginner's guide for these subjects?

At a time when I was not a guide, I would highly recommend looking into Sencha Touch or JQuery Mobile HTML5 Mobile Frameworks. They combined with the HTML5 Boilerplate will do more to load your project, and only the HTML5 Boilerplate.
