There was some confusion about using analytics in applications. Just to make sure I figured it out:
I want to use Google Analytics in my application to track application usage (by tracking which content is viewed mostly). I do not send user or device data to Google. First, I understand that the Google Analytics API is fully usable and does not violate any Apple developer agreements. Secondly, I assume that in this case (anonymously tracking the use of the application - no user or device data), I can use this service without having to speak anywhere in the application using analytics (so 3.3.9. License agreement for the program iOS Developer 'doesnβt apply here).
Can someone confirm my assumptions or explain if they are wrong? Or is it better Have any of you had your application using analytics, even if it did not say that it uses it? ... or vice versa
I saw many forum posts on this subject, not one of them, although I clearly stated that Apple is required and that it is just recommended.
