Are there any sources where I can find various pcaps samples for fragmented IP data (WireShark compatibility)?

Take a look at the Wireshark Sample Captures wiki and find fragments ... for example, they have a teardrop that blocks the attack of an IP fragment

Sending this to a PC will block an unloaded Windows 95 machine ...
