Which one is best View or save in SQL Server for data access purposes

I often use a stored procedure for data access purposes, but I don’t know which one is best viewed or SP.

The stored procedure and views are compiled, and the execution plan is stored in the database. So please tell me which one is best for data access purposes and why the best list explains the reason, please.
