Out of the box, there is no way to find out if users are currently using your site only if they have just used it. Just run the log file instance-Z2.log.
Please note that due to the nature of the HTTP protocol, the "current" users of your site do not support the connection, and thus, until they return to the next request, there is no exact way to determine using the site.
