Xcode 4 Inspector Panel tells me “No Choice” no matter what

I have a window, label, button and NSObject.

The first thing I want to do is change the NSObject class to my user controller.

The fact is that I can’t choose it. Regardless of the object that I select, the inspector panel says "No choice." What for? I am puzzled.

The interface builder in Xcode 4 is incredibly buggy. I also have frequent problems like this. Have you tried closing Xcode and reopening your project? Sometimes resizing an entire Xcode window also looks like a reset linker linker.

I just had to close the editor’s assistant and the debug area, and then it magically appeared. If you do not have an open assistant editor, all you have to do is open it and then close it again. That should fix too.

If you don’t know what the editor’s assistant is, I highlighted it in red:

For me, I had a bottom, the debugger stretched to the top. It said "no choice." By double-clicking the hide / open bottom debugger, you can return the main component again.
