- Install your own idle task manager (ProcessExplorer does this, so it should work)
- Remove the read-execute permission from the taskmanager executable file (this is confirmed, I did it by accident by chance)
Obviously, all three “solutions” are super-intrusive and supernatural in nature, so you should think 10 times before doing anything like that. And if you do, don’t complain if you break your system.
