The best way to create themes in Tumblr

I often tweak the theme in tumblr, but this editor is terrible. Is there any better way to create a theme in tumblr under Linux (Ubuntu)? I am thinking about using vim. But I need to copy the text in vim, edit something and paste it into the tumblr web editor, which is inconvenient.

I would look at Tumblr Themr . I have not tried this myself, though.
