Is there a Jira tool or plugin that allows us to directly associate a set of test cases with a specific problem and / or release, report progress to the release of Jira, and also allow us to store a test case library that allows us to relate test cases to other releases or future issues of jira.
Test cases are manual in most cases, we do not need to run anything or run automatic test suites. It is desirable that this be tight integration, so this is an all-in-one system.
