Failed to install; Program for accessing the android-sdk \ platform-tools directory

I am trying to install the Android SDK in order to repeat my shot during the development process. I follow the steps on the developer's site to install everything for working in Eclipse, but when installing the recommended tools of the SDK platform, I get a warning about the impossibility of moving the folder. I closed everything that could access it, but I still get this error. The specific directory that does not work is "C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Android \ android-sdk \ platform-tools."

I had it all in one moment, but I deleted it because I did not think that I would ever have time to use it. There were no clear instructions that I could find to uninstall, so I did everything I could and cleared everything I could find. Is it possible that I missed something on the uninstall that reinstalls me?

Removing Android is simply deleting a folder. To fix this, restart the computer because I think adb has blocked this directory, which makes it impossible to delete it. Now delete this folder for Android and perform a clean installation, preferably in a folder that has no spaces. My installation is located in the c: \ Android folder.
