ITextSharp does not display Custom urdu font

Question

I use the special Urdu Jameel Noori Nastaleeq font with iTextSharp, but it does not show text at all. It shows text when I use inline forms like times.ttf etc.

The code is below:

Update: The setting cell.ArabicOptions = ColumnText.DIGITS_EN2AN;renders the font in the desired font, but does not contain other text.
