Sometimes I get the message "this file contains potentially dangerous dynamic content" in a Mathematica notebook

Sometimes, when I open my own laptop, I get a message:

This file contains potentially dangerous dynamic content.

I do not remember when I started to see these messages, but it was not so long ago. Maybe 2-3 weeks ago? They do not show all the time. This is my own notebook, which I could close, sleep, wake up, open it again, and I could see the above message, or I could not. Not sure what causes it.
