Programmatically or declaratively require a client certificate for a separate asp.net page in IIS

The name says it pretty much, I published the IIS 7 website with an SSL certificate and am now ready to set “SSL Settings / Client Certificates / Accept” for one page, but programmatically or declaratively. I found a way to do this using IIS Manager, but due to some infrastructure limitations, we should be able to configure it without having access to IIS Manager.

Any pointers should be highly appreciated!
