Apple App Loader / iTunes Connect Problem

Question

I recently signed up for the apple iOS dev program. The account is activated and ready. However, when I try to download the application, I go to iTunes connect and it says:

"Apple ID does not have permission to access iTunes Connect."

and in the application loader he says:

"Cannot find the registered user with the username" [e-mail] "(1001)"

Can someone tell me what is wrong?

Just re-write your username and password in the dialog box where you get an error in xcode at startup, and uncheck the Remember password box. So I solved my problem. :)

You will receive this message if you have a development certificate. You need a distribution certificate.
