I have a client with an application in the application store that was in version 4.05, and they accidentally sent a new version as version 5.06 when they wanted to present it as 4.06. They are not yet ready to increase version numbers. Long story.
Can I send the next version 4.06 to get it back on track? Or not allowed to download a lower version in iTunes Connect?
Yes. Version numbers must be different.
