It may seem silly ... but I don't know where to find the JOGL JAR. I searched their site ( http://jogamp.org/jogl/www/ ) and could not find it.
Can anyone help?

It looks like you can get the files here: http://jogamp.org/wiki/index.php/Downloading_and_installing_JOGL .
Just follow one of these links: Signed Release , Signed Candidate , Applicant , from the above Wiki page for a list of files.
