How to add dll to .net toolbar forever?

Question

I drop the dll right in the .net toolbox to add controls (same as right clicking on the .net toolbox and select the elements), but the problem with this is only for the current project. want to add it to the .net toolbox forever. can anyone tell me an easy way to do this?

This seems very complicated, I need a simpler method.

Ensure that your management class is publicly available and that you have created a version of Release. File + Close Solution. Right-click on the toolbar, select "Elements". Click the Browse button and navigate to the bin \ Release folder of the management project. Choose a DLL.
