I am trying to create a stylized DIV (no problem) that is rectangular, but has an arrow pointing to an icon in the navigation bar, see the image below, which includes the frame border and where the DIV itself can change in height (although the arrow always remains the same height / width).
Can someone point me in the right direction - or am I trying to do more than is possible?
