Interpretation HERE Real-time traffic maps

I read all the API documentation HERE but could not find the answer. What is the meaning of XML tags in real-time REST API output in real time?

<FI><TMC PC="4375" DE="Rivonia Road" QD="-" LE="0.55047"/><CF CN="0.83" FF="24.0" JF="6.8228" SP="10.78" SU="10.78" TY="TR"/></FI>

Does anyone know how to interpret this conclusion (I used the proximity parameter in my query)?

I noticed that many people have this question, and the answer is quite difficult to find. I have posted a list of tags that I can find below.

  • "RWS" - list of road surface elements (RW)
  • "RW" = This is an integral element for the flow throughout the road. A driving point will be presented for each road with traffic available information
  • "FIS" = list of stream items (FI)
  • "FI" = Single stream item
  • "TMC" = ordered set of TMC locations
  • "PC" = TMC point location code
  • "DE" = Textual description of the road
  • "QD" = direction in the queue. '+' or '-'. Please note that this is the opposite of the direction of travel in the full identifier, for example, for location 107 + 03021 QD will be '-'
  • "LE" = length of the road section. Units are defined in the file header.
  • "CF" = current. This element contains speed and Jam Factor information for this stream element.
  • "CN" = Confidence, an indication of the speed of determination. -1.0 the road is closed. 1.0 = 100% 0.7-100% History Usually a value between .7 and 1.0
  • "FF" = speed of free flow on this section of the road.
  • "JF" = a number from 0.0 to 10.0 indicating the expected quality of the trip. When the road closes, the Jam Factor will be 10. When the number approaches 10.0, the quality of the trip becomes worse. -1.0 indicates that Jam Factor cannot be calculated
  • "SP" = speed (based on UNITS) limited by speed limit
  • "SU" = speed (based on UNITS) not limited by speed limit
  • "TY" = Enter the information for this container to determine the location. It can be a freely defined string.
