What is the fastest library for finding FFT on a GPU?

What is the fastest library to find FFT on the GPU? Please provide answers to both NVIDIA and ATI cards. In addition, if possible, indicate timing charts.

For NVidia GPUs, check out the CUFFT library . As far as I can tell, AMD has not yet released FFT on ATI GPUs, but it might be worth a look at the ACML-GPU library . You can also try the OpenCL FFT libraries , which should work on both GPUs.

It’s not possible to give timing charts because they vary greatly depending on the actual equipment you have, the size of your problem, etc.
