A quick way to remove all applications from stopped glass fish in netbeans?

Question

I would quickly script uninstall all applications from Glassfish 3.1 from Netbeans.

I am working on several different applications. Sometimes I switch back and forth and I want to start an old fish without starting all previously deployed applications.

In most cases, I simply remove all the "application" and "application-ref" elements from domain.xml.

Can I do the same with a simple trick (ant task or something else)?
