Why do I need SharpSvn-DB44-20-win32 and SharpSvn-Sasl21-23-win32 as separate DLLs?

I use SharpSVN as part of the FluentMigrator branch (to add FM source control calls). When I create, I find that these two assemblies are needed to compile the code:

SharpSvn-DB44-20-win32
SharpSvn-Sasl21-23-win32

I wonder why these files are not baked as resources, if they are needed. It seems strange that you need to pick up 3 assemblies to get SharpSVN to work. Am I doing something wrong?

Since they are optional and their license requires to be optional (otherwise, Subversion and SharpSvn cannot be licensed by Apache).
