Asp.net webforms vs mvc, which is best suited for business applications

Diamonds - This is an ERP based on Windows forms, I'm going to recycle it using web technologies, not Windows Forms.

but now I need to decide what is best for this, ASP.NET webforms(it seems to me) simpler (design), I mean the user interface here, but mvchas simpler html output and some other functions ...

Can you help me decide which technology to use and why?

Everything about your choice, having web forms, can give you the easy design of your application when MVC is now becoming the industry standard, and even MS is promoting it a lot. If you want your code to be clean, then no doubt MVC is the best choice.
