"hasoop namenode -format" returns java.net.UnknownHostException

I am currently studying hadoop and I am trying to configure a single node test as defined in http://hadoop.apache.org/common/docs/current/single_node_setup.html

I configured ssh (I can register without a password).

My server is located on our intranet, behind the proxy server.

When i try to run

bin / hadoop namenode -format

I get the following java.net.UnknownHostException exception:

$ bin/hadoop namenode -format

After that, chaos was launched

./bin/start-all.sh

but another new exception occurred when I tried to copy the local file:

 bin/hadoop fs  -copyFromLocal ~/file.txt  file.txt

How can I fix this problem?
