Language coding issue with DataDynamics.ActiveReports.Export.Pdf.PdfExport reference

Question

I have an encoding issue with a DataDynamics.ActiveReports.Export.Pdf.PdfExport link. It exports my report successfully, but without using encoding. Thus, each char in a language other than English is omitted.

How can i install it? Is there any solution?
