This is for my personal project, and I have no idea where to start, as it goes beyond my comfort zone.

I know that there are several language learning programs that allow the user to record their voice and compare pronunciation with a native speaker.

My question is: how to achieve this?

I mean, how to compare pronunciation between a user and a native speaker?
