Let the user select a theme [Android]

Question

I have an application I'm working on, in which I am trying to let the user change the "theme" or appearance of the layouts. As in some applications, there is an option where you can select "Light theme" or "Dark theme."

Basically I need help with the following:

• Are there any built-in themes in Android that I can use?
• How to access topics?
• Any other useful information. I'm actually new to this.
