Should I use the Metro interface in a new WPF project?

I am going to launch a new project WPF, and I plan to implement it with an approach Metro UI.

Since this user interface is not yet popular, and my project will be released in early 2012, is it worth implementing the Metro interface in my application or not?

What are the alternatives?

IMO, it’s worth it that Microsoft advertises it, with this user interface a lot of applications will come out, users will use this new interface, and this is an opportunity that you can do for yourself.
