C ++, xcode and terminal, absolute basics

I have an Xcode project, just the standard hello world application that comes with xcode for C ++. I click build and run, it starts, it ends, I see nothing.

How can I open this in terminal?

shift+ cmd+ YDisplays the debugger console. You can see the whole conclusion there. In addition, you can select "View" in the menu bar and click " Show Debugging Area ". This debug area displays the output of your program just like Terminal.
