SQL Server: physical operations roll back after ROLLBACK?

What are the implications ROLLBACK TRANSACTIONfor physically arranging data on pages? Physical operations are also rolled back when handling ROLLBACK?

Based on these articles by Paul Randal and SQL Fool I would say no: layouts on disk do not roll back

It's about pagination, but pagination affects the physical order of the clustered index (although not the logical order).

Note: there has never been a guaranteed order without ORDER BY (just in case)
