Where is my application data stored on Android?

I am running an Android app through Eclipse on a Toshiba tablet (which runs Android Gingerbread). I save some files, although the application. Where can I find these files while browsing the tablet. Since the file explorer on Eclipse does not display files on the tablet.

Data can be deleted from "Settings" - "Application" - "Application Management" → "Application" → "Clear data".

But to save files / data you need "adb push / data / data / complete_package_path / destination file name". For the SD card, the destination is / mnt / sdcard / file_name.
