Highlighting keyword strings in Eclipse

I would like to constantly indicate (not as a search result) log lines in Eclipse for quick reading of real code.

For example, each line begins with "logger". will have a light gray background.

Is it possible?

I think that the closest to such a function you activate "Mark Occurrences" by clicking Shift + Alt + Oor activating it in the settings. Then you only need to click logger., and Eclipse will mark all occurrences of this line in the file.
