The selected icon is not used in the WPF application

Question

I changed the icon in the "Project Basic Properties" and "Manifest" icons. However, after starting the application, the default icon is displayed.

Any idea why such odd behavior will happen?

Is the default icon displayed in Explorer or displayed on the taskbar buttons? In the case of the latter: change the icon for the forms, since the taskbar button icon is not extracted from the exe file, but from the property Icon.

For WPF applications, use the attribute

Icon="Images\Logo.ico"

for an element Windowin XAML so that the window displays an icon.
