A spreadsheet component that has features similar to excel

Question

I am looking for a table control that has a feature set closest to MS Excel.

I am currently using ActiveX called FormulaOne, but it is an outdated control and has features compatible with MS Excel 5.

The component can be either an ActiveX, .NET, or Java Bean component.

Any suggestions are welcome.

I have created and led the development of Formula One VBX / ActiveX / Java for over a decade. I left to start SpreadsheetGear LLC shortly after Actuate acquired Tidestone Technologies in May 2001.
