How to install Build Action to a file - Additional properties do not appear in the properties window

In my ASP NET 4.0 project in VS2010, there are no additional property settings available for files. I looked at the settings of the parameters, and I do not see how to turn them on.

I am looking for a Build Action parameter, so I can install Embedded Resource.

Is this only available if the project is compiled into a DLL assembly?

Just go to the properties, select the property from the properties you want to build, click on it, a window will open. Select the wish file from your PC and add it. Now you can use the file in your project.
