Where is the source code for the GHC language extension: Arrows?

Where can I find the source code that is hidden behind the pragma language

{-# LANGUAGE Arrows #-}

I read the relevant documents (e.g. Paterson, New Notation for Arrows ), so this is theoretically clear. Now I want to see how this actually translates to source code.

My entire search leads only to the GHC User Guide or to the source Control.Arrow. Did I miss something?
