Free fireworks (as an effect). NET control for WinForms or WPF?

Can anyone recommend a free implementation of the fireworks control, possibly with sound that can be used in .NET WinForms or WPF?

Fireworks, as in what is happening.

If you can find the gif animation, put it in Image Control and attach some sound to it → it should be ... (WinForms)
