Goal C: What does “calculation” of distribution mean (using tools)

I ran my application using the tools and found that one of my methods “[UICustomButton loadButton ..]" counting during distribution always increases (see screenshot below) -

This method runs whenever I look at the table view and when the cell is visible.

My questions

1) What does the graph really mean? Is it normal to keep growing?

2) Does the count increase, why is my scrollbar becoming more and more lagged?
